GENERAL RULES AND POLICIES

• Everyone who enters must pay the General admission regardless if they are skating or not.
• Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, or anyone under the influence, will not be permitted on the premises.
• No tobacco products to be used inside building. (Chewing tobacco, Cigarettes, E-Cigs) Please smoke in the designated smoking area outside.
• No outside food or drinks to be carried into the building.
• No gum chewing allowed.
• All quad skates must have toe stops or toe plugs to be worn on the skating floor.
• All inline skates must be free from protruding axles and bolts.
• All safety gear must be worn properly and free from defects that could damage the wood skating floor.
• All food and drinks purchased at our snack bar must be kept in the designated snack bar area.
• No personal checks. Cash or Credit Cards only.
• SEARCY SKATE is not responsible for lost or stolen items

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASK ANYONE NOT FOLLOWING OUR RULES TO LEAVE AT ANY TIME WITH NO REFUNDS

• Skaters (and guests) are to be neatly groomed; clothes neat and clean.
• Halter or tube tops, half or mid-rib shirts and sleeveless jerseys are not allowed.
• No holes in jeans above the knee.
• All pants must be worn on waistline.
• Shorts and skirts must be to fingertips.
• No belly bearing or midriff shirts.
• No bandanas to be worn from pockets.
• No hoods to be worn on head inside building.
• No clothing with profanity or R rated material.
• No undergarments or tank tops including wife beaters.
• No face paint or masks unless SEARCY SKATE is hosting a costume party.

• ALL SESSIONS ARE PROGRAMMED-EVERYONE MUST CONFORM TO THE PROGRAM AS ANNOUNCED.
• No fast skating (unless during a fast skate special).
• No tag playing or chasing allowed at any time.
• All skaters must keep moving while out on the floor.
• No stopping or standing still on the skating floor.
• Do not climb over the wall or benches.
• No sitting on tables.
• All skaters must skate in the regular skating direction unless during an opposite skate special.
• No more than two people can hold hands at one time. No trains allowed.
• Children may not be carried by someone wearing skates.
• No food or drinks allowed on the skating floor.
• All patrons must report any injuries to the management, regardless of the severity.
• While skating; no pushing, fast skating, playing tag, or suddenly stopping at any time on the skate floor is permitted, as these actions will jeopardize the safety of other skaters.
